Okay...so I am in love, love, love with Livvi Franc! I received a remixed CD of Livvi's new single "Now I'm That Bitch" in the mail today - and I can't stop listening. Produced by Salaam Remi (Amy Winehouse), "Now I'm That Bitch" is already climbing the Billboard Hot Dance Club Play chart, moving up from 49 to 36 in just one week! The song definitely sends a clear message - that a "Bitch"is all about "Being In Total Control of Herself" and Livvi is certainly in control on her debut album, featuring production from RedOne (Lady Gaga), JR Rotem (Rihanna, Leona Lewis), Greg Kurstin (Lily Allen, Kylie Minogue), and more.
The video above is for Livvi's debut UK single "Free" which became available on iTunes last week. It's a totally different sound than "Now I'm That Bitch," but it shows the many sides of this beautiful Bajan diva-in-the-making: one part island girl, some parts man eater, and all parts uniquely Livvi.
