The brainchild of Owner/Creative Director Christin Gangi, HOM-O is a home and lifestyle magazine geared toward gay men (and whoever else might find it interesting)...a mix of home decor, men’s clothing (or lack thereof - as with Wellbuilt, featured here), food, case goods, art, poetry, prose and a nod to the power of celebrity.
"The inspiration for this magazine came from my years of experience as an art director working for large national publications, as well as small regional ones," says Gangi. "What I found lacking on the newsstand was a lifestyle product that combined the shopping experience with my desire for male “eye candy” to draw me in. Here I have melded the two." Gangi also says reader feedback will mold HOM-O "into what it can and should be. Since I view this as a work in progress, I will let all influences have their say in an effort to reach an ideal."
