After a couple of successful years, Ryan Clifford and filmmaker Peter T. Breen have decided to put their film out there in its entirety! This is NAKED POWER YOGA. The film also stars Ryan's yoga mate Max Coles. Get ready to sweat.
Heroes need to be quick and have the ability to call upon each and every muscle fiber at a moment’s notice! But we all don’t have a vial of Captain America’s “Super Solider Serum” laying around to instantly increase our Speed & Agility. Thus, it looks like we are going to have to do it the old fashion way!
So grab a pair of dumbbells and get ready to save the world because this routine will prepare your body for anything HYDRA can dish out!
Memorial Day is right here. With that comes the beer, hot dogs, juices, and the burgers. Some people might have already started shoveling in the food on Friday and extended it into a weekend party and food fest. I can just see the BBQ’s blazing and the meat sizzling. Burgers and hot dogs, and ribs—Oh my! Potato salad, macaroni salad -- adventures in mayonnaise for sure. And chips, pretzels, cupcakes, ice cream—I could go on. And so could you. But don’t!
Don’t take a holiday from eating smart and working out. Try this: Limit yourself to one piece of meat or make it a couple pieces of grilled chicken. Use mustard and not ketchup. Eat a green salad and veggies with no dressing. Try low-fat yogurt if you need to “dress up” the greens.
Opt for water and a lot of it. Pass on beer, wine and juice—all empty calories. Skip the mixed, fruity drinks. Try a wine cooler if you need some libation. And while you might not make it to the gym, you can still do a quick body weight workout to keep your metabolism in high gear.
This should not take you more than 30 minutes to complete. Even if you don’t complete it, you should stop at 30 minutes, so that you can train yourself to keep these types of workouts to a short period of time while maximizing the intensity. Do each exercise one after the other with 30 seconds of rest in between each new movement. No weights are needed aside from your own body weight.
This is going to burn, but it will feel so good. If you can’t perform some of the exercises, feel free to modify them. The key is to keep moving. If at all you start feeling pain, please stop. Warm up with 30 to 60 jumping jacks before you begin. Or run in place for 60 seconds.

As a personal trainer and lecturer, I am always being asked how to stay fit and healthy. Well aside from the obvious –eating right, going to the gym, and getting plenty of rest -- I have one important suggestion guaranteed to not only keep you healthy, but also put a smile on your face. In one word—Sex! Scientific studies show that sex is extremely beneficial to our health. A 10-year research study showed that sex on a regular basis increases your lifespan.
Sex is everywhere in the media. You cannot get away from it (and who wants to?) and sometimes the idea that we are vital, sexual creatures is still looked at with disgust, or in other cases, a bit of embarrassment. But if you take a look at how our sexuality adds to and enhances our life and our health, you will see that the benefits are amazing.
Sex does a body good in a number of ways, that are not just anecdotal or hearsay; these health benefits of sex are backed by scientific scrutiny. Sex is a great mode of exercise. It takes work to do it well from both a physical and psychological perspective. (See its not just about a great pair of jeans and a tight t-shirt.)
Our mental and emotional health balance is clearly influenced by sex. Abstinence is known to cause anxiety and paranoia, as well as depression. After having sex the brain releases endorphins that decrease stress, inducing a state of euphoria. And we all know how great good sex can be. But here are some interesting facts that you might not know.
