Back from a week-long stint in Vegas performing with Liza Minnelli for the taping of the legendary diva’s Tony Award-winning “Liza’s at the Palace Tour,” the eclectic musician and performer, Cortés Alexander, is excited to premiere his brand new track, “Somehow You Remain,” with all of you! The song is a follow-up to his critically acclaimed debut album, Swell.
"I wanted to write a song about memory and love, and what it was like to just not be able to completely let go, but I still wanted it to have it have a galloping, driving and optimistic feel,” says Alexander. “I love the 70's TV music vibe, like the "Charlie's Angels" theme, so the bridge kind of reminds me of that."
