Instinct Asks - What is the Modern Gay Love Story

Marriage equality has easily become the defining issue of the modern gay rights movement, and one that Instinct is passionate about. We march. We vote. We demand respect. But, as the struggle to have our unions recognized across the country (and world) intensifies, it left the mag wondering, “Who, exactly, are we fighting for?”

This April, Instinct takes a look at sex, marriage and monogamy for the modern gay man in their cover story, “The State Of Our Unions.” And it all starts with their cover couple, the very handsome and equally committed Eric Turner and John Odom. They met online, have since moved in together and are planning a wedding—are these two men the modern gay relationship personified? The Houston couple lend their relationship—along with other couples and experts—to Instinct's exploration of all that is love and marriage.

And once you’re done reading about love, you might just fall in love with one of their gorgeous models in this month’s fashion feature, “The Dunes.” Let’s just say it’s a day at the beach that any of us would call the perfect date! Or maybe you’ll find a European romance is in order after Czech-ing out their fantastic travel story on charming Prague.
