Naked Power Yoga (Official Trailer)

How about some Naked Power Yoga with Ryan Clifford. Ryan believes in keeping yoga enjoyable, light, fun and sexy while recognizing its power to transform your life. Says Ryan (a gay dad of two boys - based in SoHo London), "Nakedness is a way of life. Stripping back the layers finding truth and beauty at the core." Ryan has practised yoga for 12 years and Astanga yoga for 8 years. His current yoga practice is naked Vinyasa Flow to music. He did his yoga teacher training with Erich Schiffman in Los Angeles. His Astanga teachers include the late Sri K Pattabhi Jois from Mysore, India and Hamish Hendry in London. He has also studied in the Iyengar tradition which informs his yoga practice and teaching.
