Maik Wiedenbach by Richard Gerst

Two time World Cup and Olympic level swimmer, personal trainer and now, author, Maik Wiedenbach's (pronounced Mike Veedenbock) book on fitness / training myths ("105 Fitness Myths and Tips") is finished and should be available by early in 2011. His new DVD, "The Desk Athlete," for repetitive injury at work, with exercises you can do at the office, goes to press later this week and will be available soon through a link at his website:

Wiedenbach, affectionately known among his exclusive NYC clientele as the "Gentle Giant" has been working X-tra hard getting his physique in top form, and these shots prove it! ANOTHER SIZZLE SHOT and more info after the jump.

Taken this weekend in East Hampton, NY (some on the beach with only a wee bit of kite surfing gear covering him) by photographer Richard Gerst, the photos are in prep for some PR...something about a hot new television show being pitched to the networks this month, as well as some new website updates due this fall. Needless to say, stay tuned!
