MADONNA IS STICKY & SWEET (FIRST LOOK PHOTOS)

Madonna kicked off the first leg of her "Sticky & Sweet" world tour in Cardiff, UK today, playing host to an audience 40,000+ strong.  The concert included 8 Costume changes, 16 dancers, $2MIL worth of Swarovski crystals, and video cameos of Pharrell Williams, Kanye West and Britney Spears. Madonna turned 50 last week.  She can kiiiiick.  And Streeettccchhh. She's 50.  50 years old. Blows my mind.
