That makes sense, though. It wouldn't be "perfection" if 100% of men had it.

Example: the perfect basketball player needs to be good at shooting, passing, defending, and 6'7" tall. Whoops, I just eliminated 99% of the population. But the NBA would be no fun if it was a bunch of 5'9" losers who couldn't shoot from further than 10 ft.

So whoever came up with this chart just eliminated 75% of all men from having an "ideal" (perfect) penis.
