12.5% of adult men have erections less than 5" long;
25% have erections between 5 and 6" long;
25% have erections that are 6" long;
25% have erections that are between 6 and 7" long;
and 12.5% of adult men have erections greater than 7" long.
So whoever came up with this chart just eliminated 75% of all men from having an "ideal" (perfect) penis.
